Candice is an incredible athlete and accomplished fitness professional. In this video she shows her audience how she trains legs.
She shot this on her phone (which was actually excellent quality). I added a backing track and some glitch transitions. In a couple of shots I color corrected to give it a soft, modern vibe. But for the most part the video didn't need much color correcting.
